“A man told there was’ an error with Microsoft,” and if you do not fix it immediately, your computer will crash, “he added. According to Smith, the scammers operate with remote access to the system after the victim followed the telephone directory and login to sites that have been inserted malicious viruses.

“Hackers and then infect computers with malware and retrieve personal information as much as possible, including banking information,” he said.

Smith recommends that Windows computer users wary, because Microsoft is not usually possible to do a phone call to tell me something.
